On June 5, 2022, joy and the Holy Spirit filled our sanctuary when we once again celebrated Confirmation in the Sanctuary as eight young people joined our church as official members.
These wonderful Confirmands proved themselves throughout the year with study of our church history and denomination. They offered worship participation and moving leadership, sharing their voices and experiences with the congregation. They undertook field trips to Plymouth Plantation and our "mother church", Center Church on the Green in New Haven.
They serve their church, schools and community in various ways, and we are honored to have them in our midst.
We thank their teacher, Leslie, for her commitment to the faith formation of our young people.
We celebrate this special day in the life of our congregation.
