On Pentecost Sunday, June 4, 2017, ten young people in the Confirmation class became official members of First Church.
They proved themselves throughout the year with study of our church history and denomination. They offered worship participation and moving leadership, sharing their voices and experiences with the congregation.
They serve their church, schools and community in various ways, and we are joyful to have them in our midst.
We thank their teachers and advisors for their commitment to the faith formation of our young people.
